Hello Mark,

 I need to tell you how impressed and satisfied I was with my overall experience with Andrews Moving.  Your organization is a first class operation.  Your employees are to be commended.  I mean that sincerely. I don’t know if Sherri told you my dilemma when I called your company Wednesday afternoon.  My mother was at Hospice House in Cleveland for symptoms management for one week.  We were told Wednesday morning that she was being discharged on Thursday and we had to find 24/7 care for her.  She could not return to her apartment where she had been living for some 16 years.  By the grace of God we were able to find her an assisted living apt at Waterford in Richard Heights.  Moving her furniture without any advanced planning was a real issue.  I contacted a friend of the family, Mike Pitlok at Commercial Moving in Cleveland (who would have helped us out, but he was leaving for Florida in the morning.  He mentioned Andrews to us.   I called and spoke with Sherri.  She was so kind, compassionate and efficient.  She listened to me and took down information and promised to call me back.  She called back within 20 minutes to confirm Andrews could accommodate me on Thursday afternoon.  I received your information in a timely matter.  The men (Nick and Ben) called me at 9:00 a.m. this morning instead of the schedule afternoon to tell me they would be arriving in an hour.  I was so pleased as I knew we would be able to set up my mom’s new place before she arrived by private ambulance.  Nick and Ben were wonderful; again very caring, compassionate and efficient.  And, Sherri called me in the afternoon to see how the move was going. If I had to rate my overall experience with Andrews from start to finish, I would have to say I give everyone a 10+ in every category.  Thank you so very much.  Be assured that I will highly recommend Andrews to family and friends.
