1. Can Home Organizing Angels arrange for the entire move including the packing and unpacking
   
   Yes. We provide full service move coordination. That means we can coordinate and/or hire the mover, pack all items,    unpack the boxes, organize and put away all the contents.
2. Do you only help families that are moving?
   
   Not only do we help families, before, during, and after a move, we also can help to organize and de-clutter any household that is not being moved. And we cater to families of all sizes, including singles, large and small families, empty-nesters and seniors.
3. Can Home Organizing Angels help prepare the house for sale?
   
   Yes, we can help by de-cluttering, packing some of the items to be moved and organizing the remaining contents of the house.  Realtors say this can result in a faster sale.
   
4. Can Home Organizing Angels help determine the placement of furniture?
   
   Yes, we can prepare a floor plan of your new residence to help you determine what furniture will fit and where it will go.  This plan is very helpful to the movers and makes moving day less stressful.
5. Do we have to take all of your services?
   
   No, you can pick and choose the services that you want or need. That includes something as small as reorganizing or de-cluttering a closet or cabinet or area of your home, to arranging the entire moving process.
6. Is Home Organizing Angels bonded and insured? 
   
   Yes, we are bonded, insured and registered in the state of Ohio.
7. Do you do background checks on your employees?
   
   For your peace of mind and safety, all employees are background checked before being hired and periodically throughout their employment.
8. How do you charge?
   
   We charge an hourly rate, plus supplies (boxes, paper, etc)
9. Do we have to provide our own boxes?
   
   It’s up to you. We can supply the boxes and packing materials or use the boxes that you already have. We attempt to recycle as much as possible which saves you money.
10. During unpacking or organizing, how much control do we have over the placement of the items?
    
     Again, it’s totally up to you and your needs. We will follow your direction, interact with you and make suggestions, or we can take the lead to organize the area based on our experience.
11. Can Home Organizing Angels help us find other resources for services you do not provide?
    
    Yes, we have a select group of companies and individuals that we have worked with to provide extended services and products locally and across the country.
