5. How is delicate machinery and inventory handled?
   
   Andrews Moving will do a thorough needs assessment for those special items and provide the necessary equipment, padding and supplies to protect your inventory during the move.  We provide or build customized crates for added protection.
6. Does Andrews Moving provide packing and unpacking services? 
   
   Yes, we provide partial and full packing/ unpacking services depending on the needs and budget of our clients.  Your moving consultant can present options for your review.
7. Do you provide boxes for the move?
   
   We have a complete supply of all size boxes.  Simply ask your Andrews move consultant to arrange for the delivery.
8. We have items that need to be stored, can Andrews Moving provide that service?
   
   Short and long-term storage is provided for any size moves. Our storage facilities are monitored 24/7, climate controlled, and utilize a Web based inventory management system.
9. How do you handle office cubicles and office partitions?
   
   We have a dedicated installation team experienced in disassembling and reassembling all types of cubicles and partitions such as: high tech systems, partitions topped with glass, and those with built in work surfaces and shelves. Our sales team and lead installer will work together to determine the best approach for the entire project.  
10. What is a binding move quote?
    
    A binding move quote is to protect the customer from unauthorized additional costs and adhere to the budgeted amount.  The quote includes all the services and list of inventory to be moved.  The customer has the option to add, delete or substitute as the needs change.  The final cost will be adjusted to reflect the actual charges and written authorized changes.   
11. Do you have replacement value coverage for my inventory and office furniture?
    
    We provide several different options for your inventory’s protection.  Coverage is adjusted accordingly to meet with your goods value.   Our consultant can help you determine what best fits your company’s needs.
12. Do you provide building insurance? 
    
    Andrews Moving is fully insured and will provide the necessary certificates of insurance, based on the requirements of the building and/or management. 
13. If there is inventory that is not moving to the new location, do you have any services for the disposal of unwanted items?
    
    If the items being disposed can be liquidated or donated, we will refer you to the proper liquidator or non-profit.  If the product is deemed trash, we can provide disposal services.
14. What are your payment options?
    
    We accept: cash, money order, company check or major credit cards as: Visa, Master Card and American Express.  With prior approval, we offer 30 days net billing to our business clients.
